IT Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide 1st tier IT support to internal customers in South East Asia region
Support IT Strategy and Quality activity task planning, executing and documentation
Administer and manage IT Service Management platform tools and processes
Troubleshoot IT system problem and support Service requests
Implement ITSM system processes for new services/systems i.e. Incident, Change, Release process
Support IT Quality audits as when necessary
Conduct IT Quality and ITSM system training to end users
Setup, manage and monitor various Dashboard systems for SLA KPI fulfillment
Analyze data trends and prepare reports using MS Excel, reporting tools etc
Administer and manage IT systems’ user accounts i.e. ID creation, deletion, modification
Troubleshoot IT system problems and support Service requests
Escalate incident requests to 2nd & 3rd tier support personnel as and when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT field
Possess excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Willing to perform rotating 8 hours shift (between 7am to 7pm)
Ability to speak and write Korean in order to communicate with Korean associates and HQ team
