IT Infra Asset & Contract Executive
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and organize data centre assets such as Hardware and Software
Input asset data into the asset management systems
Manage and monitor assets life cycle
Daily, monthly and annual reporting of assets change
Manage IT service contract and Service Level Agreement termination and renewal
Maintain contractual records, licenses and documentation
Work with QAO to assure IT Infra Quality
Communicate with Headquarter (HQ) located in Korea

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in IT or equivalent
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Possess knowledge about IT terms
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to speak and write in Korean in order to liaise and communicate with HQ
